At St. Paul Lutheran Church in Aurora, Illinois…

• Initiated rollout and oversight of Bible study small groups to help hundreds of people experience the fruit of Christ-centered community. Grew small group ministry from 15 small groups to 38.

• Implemented, created, and wrote innovative programs (such as Meet Jesus, and Follow ME multi-week sermon series) to increase community life and discipleship. Over 500 people participated in these programs.

At Trinity Lutheran Church in Lisle, Illinois…

• Trained, coached and mentored staff/lay leaders to ensure a growing small group structure of over 50 groups.

• Spearheaded church-wide initiative, 40 Days in the Word, to enable over 1000 people of all ages to participate in this eight-week small group/discipleship experience.

At Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Palatine, Illinois…

• Worked with staff and multiple ministry teams in leading over 700 adults through our 40 Days of Purpose six-week small group/discipleship journey.
